This afternoon, the HG's received a comp to practice in the backyard. This will be used for an upcoming comp. Paul read the instructions and it read that each houseguest should practice and take 10 shots each.
This was discouraging for Jessica, however. She thinks this will be the upcoming HOH comp tomorrow and it's a totally unpredictable comp that anyone can win. She was hoping for something that wasn't so luck-based.
Cody calms her down and says they'll fight to win HOH, Veto (if they're nominated) and then they have the Temptation Comp as well. He said worse case scenario, they'll enjoy their last week together as much as they can.
Cody: "We've already won."
Jessica said if she leaves, she'll watch the live feeds and told Cody he can talk to her via the cam. (This is assuming she leaves this upcoming week and doesn't make it to jury.) Cody said she's gonna watch him sitting around not talking to anyone. (*lol)
Meanwhile upstairs, Cody/Jessica's demise is being plotted and planned out.
Paul tells his "dogs" to make noise when they (Jody) take their shots. (*FYI there is no guarantee this is even for HOH.) Paul also mentions him (P) waking Cody/Jess up all night so that they're exhausted for the HOH comp tomorrow night.

I also think the Hex is a double evection, if not how are they going to get the numbers out? I have to say after watching the BBAD that Jessica is one dumb girl. She has risk her game and her real life out of the house life on some dude she just met 6 weeks ago. Really? I mean how stupid is that? If you were Jessica's employer and listen to just one day of her raunchy mouth and you're running some high end place - would you keep her?
And stupid, Cody is as dumb as a bag of hammers. When he didn't know what an Achilles heel was or what was the deal with Helen of Troy I nearly died. She thinks she is going to go off and live in the country with her soul mate and that will just be heaven- Are you kidding me?

I noticed they didn't show all the mouthing off Paul did. I would pay money to watch him and Cody outside the house. The jury house should be interesting. When are these idiots going to wake up? Jason and Alex are as bad as the rest of them now. Congrats t I Cody and Mark for not opening up a can of whup ass!

I can't believe that Big Brother has let this continue. They are literally saying it's ok to act like a crazy bully and harass other players. That just should not be allowed. There should be a line drawn in the sand at some point where BB stops this. I'm really disgusted it's allowed.
Maybe I'm reading to much into it or taking it more on a personal level. But BB has SO many followers/watchers and I just feel like they are saying it's ok to treat other people like this we don't mind. It just makes me angry. My kids watch this show with me (they are 12 & 16) and I feel like this season I'm constantly saying to them this is how you don't act towards people, or you should never treat another person like that etc etc.
Was anyone else creeped out by the way Cody looked at the camera and smirked when Jessica hugged and kissed him in the HN room?
Probably to save face for BB's player (Paul). I think if someone would televised a confrontation between Cody and Paul outside the house they would make a fortune!!!
I do understand and agree that the acts of some house guests are disgusting. But if BB got in the middle and told them to not do it then they are controlling their actions. Then it wouldn't be considered reality TV. This way we are seeing the true actions of the players. In real life people are this bad, so all we can do is continue telling are kids this is what not to do.

Remember when Julie made a disclaimer when Aaron (female, blonde, couple seasons ago) made several racists comments? Julie said on the live show that they did not endorse those comments, weren't going to show them on the broadcast, but also called her out on it when she was evicted. I'm hoping she does the same as these bullies get evicted... it really is painful to watch happen though in the meantime :(

First, I just want to say thank you to Jamie for the years of "spoilers" that keep my impatience at bay. I think I found you during your second season...maybe...I used to comment from time to time but haven't in years, until the other day & it was a simple reply to a question about the Halting Hex.
Anyway, I've done TV recaps for various shows and I KNOW how (decievingly) hard and time intensive it is. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that you're appreciated...if I were even remotely in the position to make a donation right now, I would...I'm just hoping that, even though "it's the thought that counts" doesn't put food on the table, it's enough for now. ;)
Now...all I really wanted to say was that, I know it's not the popular opinion but I like Cody. I know he's all "emotionless" and stuff but I've had a good vibe about him from the beginning and I feel like he's just selectively social and I SO get that 'cuz that's me. I can be the life of the party or the total recluse...depends on my mood & my audience, lol. He's a little more extreme in his NOT showing emotion to those he doesn't give an eff about but I choose to believe that's just part of his years of military training and focus...or something...honestly, in the few comments or asides he DOES make, he makes me laugh.
Maybe it's just because I've been on his side with the "WTF is Paul doing back in this house thing" straight from the beginning...?
Ugh. Paul. I didn't dislike him AS much on his last season but I've always thought he was beyond obnoxious and yeah, I gave him the "it's a tv show persona" benefit of the doubt thing but in retrospect, it's rich that he said something about Cody having "small man syndrome" (or something to that effect)...really, 5'2" on-a-good-day-Paul??? If his obnoxious "look at me", "I'm the greatest most knowledgeable BB player in this house" behaviour isn't an "ignore my stature look how BIG I can BE" cry for help, I don't know what is. I'll give him the fact that PARTS of his gameplay are good...getting other people to do your dirty work isn't a bad thing in the game but, at least when you're being called out, in private, by the only other game players in the house (ie Cody & Jess), at least OWN it. I can't stand him.
I'm not even going to get into the whole bullying thing because it's vile and it's been covered...it's exactly what Paul et al are doing. Josh though...listen...I said on Twitter last night that I've made it 45 years without ever hitting anybody but if HE were standing in front of me it'd take everything in me to NOT throat punch him. I'm not sure how effective it'd be 'cuz of the never ACTually hitting anybody thing but still...I'd do it and I wouldn't be sorry. And I'm Canadian so that's a big deal. lol
I love reading the blog and then seeing things play out onscreen after the fact and I can't lie, as wrong as it is, when Mark finally lost it "last night" and charged across towards Josh...watching Josh retreat was EVerything. I mean, I'm glad production and the others stepped in but Josh deserved that split second of utter terror that he got. I feel like I"m remembering his introduction in the premiere incorrectly...was it just me or did his hometown package make it seem like he was a confident...almost "player" type who was gonna "run" things? Look...I'm sure being in the house is harder than it seems emotionally but he ends up being THIS piece of crap!? Nope. Take a seat, Josh.

I agree. That really annoyed me. They didn't show the real sleezy, bully Paul.
This sucks, because I wanted to root for Paul. Not to win, but just stay around. But I can't condone what I've read he is doing.
Also, it would be hard to blame Mark if he had knocked out Josh after the pans. I'm not saying he should have, but if you are bashing pans together in someones face, how do they know YOU won't hit THEM? The fact BB let's him do that with the pans is insane.
Which brings up Evil Dick. It's hilarious when people revise history. He was a very good player, but he was a bully. (in the BB sense). He had this duality, that he was both likable and also not a good person. I think Paul may be going into that territory. He may end up worse. But ED was what his name implies.
Not all of America. Some of us understand how the game is played. I've watched every season of BB. Paul's behavior is no different than Dr.Will, Evel Dick, James and Chelsea.... I really could go on. Point is folks need to chill and realize things are said out of spite when you are locked in with people 24/7. Negative blogs and comments are the exact reason why I will never try out for BB. I couldn't take all the bashing from strangers over something that's not agreed with by all or even taken out of context. Just some food for thought...
